​Jourdan holds a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and a Masters degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. In her free time she likes to hangout with her CHO (Chief Handsome Officer), Jennings (aka- her son), travel with her husband and take walks with her 3 dogs, Ink (Pitbull), Tater (Sheepdog/Pyrenees) and Harvey (Whoodle).
